We also look at how you are going to manage the outcomes to ensure you achieve your goals. This consult is also based on an hourly rate and designed to stimulate new thinking, new approaches and refresh your partnerships with a focus on performing at a higher level. Mystery shopping, verification call review and residential ride-alongs provide critical insight.

Supplier Transparency Accountability Review
The STAR program is a comprehensive (over 400 questions) review of your entire supply chain.
The review is multi-directional and takes into account feedback and competency from you, your supplier, their contractors and employees. Then the review switches and focusses the feedback back up the chain on ways in which the front line ambassadors can feel more connected to you as the client and even further to your beneficiaries.The review covers a variety of aspects including compliance, performance, communication, values, management, training and leadership.The review is expected to take about 2 weeks with additional follow up, and is a set fee based on the requirements to engage over such a long period of time. STAR also works to ensure that all necessary components of the campaign cascade all the way through the supply chain and include not just the usual visible attributes but also throughout the review there are opportunities to discover whether the intangible purpose and values are also present throughout the supply
